PURPOSE:To stably administer the temp. in the joint part of parts and to surely braze the parts by grasping the parts between electrodes and a heating element and controlling the calorific value of the heating element with a means for controlling the calorific value. CONSTITUTION:The part 10 is fed onto the heating element 6 and a tape-like silver solder of a prescribed length is fed onto the part 10. A flux is supplied onto the silver solder. The upper electrode 2 descends to press the parts 10, 8 and the silver solder and electricity is conducted between the electrodes 2 and 4 to increase the temp. of the heating element 6, by which soldering is executed. An IR temp. measuring instrument 12 meansures the temp. of the joint part without contact and the output part 12b of the instrument 12 controls the firing timing of a phase transfer control device 14 in accordance with the output from a detecting part 12a. The solder is thus supplied while the set temp. is stabilized for the prescribed period to surely execute soldering. |
