PURPOSE:To prevent production of burrs during moulding and to prevent worsening of product precision and slide resistance, by a method wherein a material gathering groove, containing the surplus of a covering resin material with which a gap between an outer and inner spline members is filled, is formed in either of the two members. CONSTITUTION:A recessed resin gathering groove 7, circumferentially extended, is formed in the upper part of the inner side of an outer spline member 2. A gap 12 between a spline 4 of the member 2 and a spline 9 of an inner spline member 3 is filled with a synthetic resin material serving to reduce slide resistance, and a film 13, with which either of the splines 4 and 9 is covered, is formed. When the film 13 is formed, the gap 12 is filled with a molten synthetic resin material, and a surplus synthetic resin material 14 is contained in the resin gathering groove 7. A fine gap is provided between the film 13 and the spline 4 or 9 by natural shrinkage of the synthetic resin material, and the two splines 3 and 2 are rendered slidable. |
