Saw for horizontal panels lying flat for cutting out panels of wood and plastic of different dimensions. The invention relates to a framework on 4 retractable feet making it possible to receive a panel to be cut with a bought-out portable electrical circular saw, the panel to be cut out is placed on this framework, on which panel a sawing rule will be placed and will be fixed into the clevises, allowing a transverse or longitudinal cut to be made. The invention can be used at a fixed sawing station with the same portable electrical saw. This invention is particularly practical and manageable for cutting out wood and plastic in sawing yards and workshops. <IMAGE>
