<p>PURPOSE:To make accurate matching performable, by setting a side regulating plate to a position being somewhat shifted more outward than a reference position at a time when copying paper after being copied by a duplex copy or the like is fed onto an intermediate tray, and restoring it to the reference position at the time of loading the specified number of sheets of the copying paper. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate tray 58 of a copying machine is conveyed after the duplicated copying paper passes through feed rollers 50 and 51, and this copying paper is refeed by rotation of a paper refeed roller 38. And, the intermediate tray 58 is provided with four regulating plates 62-65 for matching sheets of the copying paper. In this case, the side regulating plate 63, the tip end regulating plate 64 and the rear end regulating plate 65 are all installed free of movement on rails 72 and 77, while the sideward regulating plate 62 is installed free of rocking motion around a fulcrum shaft 68 according to operation of a solenoid 70. And, when the copying paper is taken in, this solenoid 70 is turned off, making the sideward regulating plate 62 rock and retract to the sideward with a spring 69, and when the specified number of sheets of the copying paper are loaded, the solenoid is turned on, and the sideward regulating plate 62 is controlled so as to be shifted to a reference position.</p> |
