PURPOSE:To perform a series of incrustation removal process smoothly through reciprocal travel of gate frame by performing rinse water spray through rinse water spray system and drying through dryer system. CONSTITUTION:Car washer 1 is provided with a gate frame 2 travellable recirprocally along a travel rail 3. The frame 2 is provided with rotary brush system B, dryer system D, wax coating system W, rinse water spray system R and incrustation agent spray system M. Under first advance stroke, brushing of car V is performed by the system B while drying is performed by the system D under returning stroke. Under second returning stroke, incrustation removal foam agent is sprayed toward the car while under third advance stroke, brushing is performed by the system B and upon completion of manual arranging work, rinse water spray is performed through rinse water spray system R under fourth returning stroke then drying is performed through the system D. |
