[PROBLEMS] To linearly analyze or predict the formation of transcriptome. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] By simulating a transcriptome formation mechanism with the use of a thermodynamic model, transcriptome data are processed by using the model. In the thermodynamic model, the concentration of each mRNA is defined by using an energy parameter determining the synthesis speed of the mRNA and another energy parameter determining the decomposition speed of the mRNA, while these energy parameters are defined by using the intracellular topical concentration of a factor, which is capable of base sequence-specifically binding to an RNA or a DNA, and a coefficient inherent to the base sequence being available as the target of the above-factor. At least one of the mRNA concentration, the intracellular topical concentration of the factor and the coefficient inherent to the base sequence is input into the thermodynamic model as described above while the remainders are referred to as unknown values followed by calculation and output.
|
