Assembly device with double adjustment and of predetermined force for an element 12 to be fixed to a support element 4 which comprises: - a cage 1 equipped with a mounting means in the opening 3 of the support element 4, the said mounting means ensuring the sliding and controlling the extent of the sliding of the said cage 1 in the direction F2; - a nut 2 equipped with a mounting means in a cavity 11 of the cage 1, the said mounting means ensuring the sliding of the said nut 2 in the direction F3 perpendicular to the direction F2; - a means for locking the element 12 to be fixed to the nut 2, the said locking means controlling the extent of the sliding of the nut 2. Main application: the fixing of bodywork elements.
