A steel sheet which comprises, in % by mass, 0.05 to 0.15% of C, 1.50% or less (exclusive of 0 %) of Si, 0.5 to 2.5% of Mn, 0.035% or less (exclusive of 0 %) of P, 0.01% or less (inclusive of 0%) of S, 0.02 to 0.15% of Al, and 0.05 to 0.2% of Ti, has a metal structure containing 60 to 95% by volume of bainite as well as ferrite or ferrite and martensite which have been solid-solution-strengthened or precipitation-strengthened, and exhibits a fracture appearance transition temperature (vTrs) as determined in the impact test on the steel sheet of 0°C or lower. |
