PURPOSE:To improve both an ornamental effect in a cabin and workability by configurating a device in such a way that a skin material is coated first over the inner surface of a mold, then synthetic resin is injected into the mold, and then the inner liner which combines a resin skin with the other skin, is formed while being stuck over the base material through an elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A trim 26 which is provided for a quarter panel of a vehicle, is composed of a base material 28, polyurethane foam 30, and of an inner lining 32. Though the inner lining 32 is composed of two kinds of materials: a PVC skin 34 and a skin material 36, as they are integrally molded, an ornamental effect in a cabin is improved. In combining the PVC skin 34 with the skin material 36, when the PVC skin 34 is formed by a slush molding, the skin material 36 is coated over the molding surface first in advance, then synthetic resin in a sol form is injected into the mold allowing a part of the synthetic resin to penetrate into the skin material 36. Subsequently, the synthetic resin in the mold is heated until to be gelatinized and is allowed to be the PVC skin 34. Thus the skin material 36 in which the synthetic resin is impregnated, can be combined with the PVC skin 34. |
