The system inserts a water tight screen in the ground using vertical force generated by a hydraulic vibrator block and a steel frame, to which the screen is fixed. Spray jets are provided at the frame bottom if desired. - After forcing the frame into the ground, it is detached from the cloth and extracted for re-use.
