摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase the recovery of the product gas in a three-tower pressure swinging method by separating a pressure reducing stage into two stages, a pressure equalizing and a pressure releasing stage, and utilizing a part for a pressure increasing stage. CONSTITUTION:The raw gas is introduced into an adsorption tower A by opening valves A-1 and A-5. The impurity component other than H2 is mostly adsorbed therein, and the product H2 is discharged from the top of the tower (adsorption stage). The adsorption stage is finished thereafter. Then the pressure of the tower A is reduced countercurrently by opening valves A-3 and B-3, and the off gas discharged at the initial stage is taken out from the lower part and introduced into a tower B from the lower part. The pressure of the towers A and B is equalized by this stage. The valves A-3 and B-3 are then closed and a valve A-4 is opened to reduce the pressure in the tower. The remaining impurities are desorbed, and discharged from the bottom of the tower (pressure reducing stage). Then the product H2 is introduced from the top of the tower by opening a valve A-2 to purge the inside with the product H2 (purging stage), and the adsorbent is regenerated.</p>
