Provided is an asphalt concrete coating solution composition, which is superior in weather resistance and chemical resistance, has reduced drying and curing time, extends a life of asphalt concrete pavement, and prevents hydroplaning to improve vehicle stability. The asphalt concrete coating solution composition comprises 60-75wt% of inorganic matter having a self hardening property selected from crystalline silica, amorphous calcium silicate, and portland cement, 20-38wt% of a binder obtained by diluting vinyl ester resin to a solid content of 70-90% with methylmethacrylate monomer, followed by subjecting the diluted solution to a radical reaction using benzoylperoxide and amine, and 2-5wt% of inorganic coloring pigment selected from iron oxide, titanium oxide, barium lactate, and barium carbonate. |
