A safe management system in a railway crossing is provided to prevent a train accident by informing a walker and a train of a dangerous situation and allowing a driver of the train to cope with the dangerous situation. In a safe management system of a railway crossing, a train(100) includes a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver(110) and a terrestrial wireless communication device(120), transmits position information on the basis of the GPS, and includes an alarm unit(130) warning a dangerous situation of the railway crossing. A railway crossing system(200) includes a walk detection sensor(220) detecting a mover in the railway crossing and a wireless communication device(230) transmitting a mover detection signal of the walk detection sensor(220) wirelessly. A central control system(400) calculates driving information from the train(100) to the railway crossing by using the position information transmitted from the train(100), provides the railway crossing system(200) with the calculated driving information, and warns the train(100) of a dangerous situation when receiving the mover detection signal. A sub control device of a branch depot/commander's office(300) connected with the central control system(400) performs a wireless communication with the wireless communication device(230), informs the central control system(400) of the mover detection signal, and receives the driving information of the train(100). |
