A method for controlling a compressor for preventing the reduction of negative pressure of an automatic brake booster for a car is provided to keep the inside of a car pleasant and to secure the stable operation of a brake by preventing he sudden decrease in brake force by controlling the discharge temperature of an evaporator in the suitable range if the load of an engine is increased suddenly. The method for controlling a compressor for preventing the reduction of negative pressure of an automatic brake booster for a car comprises the steps of checking whether a compressor is operated or not according to an air conditioning system which is operated by pressing an operating button of an air conditioner if a driver starts a car(S110,S112), measuring negative pressure of a brake booster not to fall off brake force rapidly if the compressor is operated(S114), outputting the load reduction of the compressor if the negative pressure of the measured brake booster is below the preset value, and setting up the target discharge temperature of an evaporator according to a torque map of a compressor set by the type of a car(S116,S118,S120), and controlling the compressor to correspond to the set target discharge temperature of the evaporator(S122). |
