<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact resin melting equipment capable of effectively melting and extruding hot melt adhesive by providing the transparent 1st member, the metallic 2nd member and the metallic 3rd member, which have the respective passages, a heater to radiate infrared rays and reflectors. CONSTITUTION:The 1st cylindrical member 7 made of quartz glass and having the passage 22, the 2nd metallic member 6 having the passage 20 with the opening 19, the 3rd metallic member 8 having a passage with the opening 18 are assembled respectively by connecting the passages to insert the cylindrical member 7 into the 2nd member 6 and the 3rd member 8 through faucets. A heater 9 is arranged around the cylindrical member 7 and the aluminium reflecting plate 11 is installed outside the heater. A band heater 14 encloses the 3rd member 8 to control the heating value of the heater 9 and the band heater 14 according to the detected values from the thermal sensors 15, 16 fixed to the 3rd member 8. The linear not melt 17 is inserted from the opening 19 of the 2nd member 6 and melted. Then, the melted material is extruded from the opening 18 of the 3rd member 8.</p> |
