BENZOYL-UREAS EXERTING AN INSECTICIDE ACTIVITY

There are described compounds of formula: (I) in which one of R and R1 is F or Cl and the other is H, F or Cl; X is a 1,4-phenylene or pyridyl bound in positions 2 and 5, optionally substituted; Y is a phenyl, 2- or 3-pyridyl, optionally substituted. The compounds of formula I are endowed with a high insecticide activity which is mainly directed against insect larvae and eggs.
