A core material for a road boundary block and a manufacturing method of a road boundary block are provided to extend the service life of a roadside tree protective frame, a tree and plant protective frame and a road boundary stone by increasing strength and durability. The core material(20) for a road boundary block is formed by inserting a horizontal core material(21) into an insertion hole(22a) of many X-shaped vertical core materials(22) and arranging X-shaped core materials on the horizontal core material at a certain distance, and then spot-welding. The manufacturing method of a road boundary block using the core material for a road boundary block comprises the steps of putting a mold provided with projected hoops to form a hanging projection by a protection on one side, spreading a pavement protection pallet provided with a various shaped tile arrangement rugged surface on the base, inserting tiles between the tile arrangement rugged surface of the pavement protection pallet, inserting core materials for a road boundary block into the mold and placing cement mortar primarily, inserting general core materials into the mold filled with the cement mortar and placing cement mortar secondarily, vibrating the mold filled with the cement mortar using a high-speed vibrator and tamping the cement mortar in the mold, carrying the mold filled with the cement mortar to a steam curing room and curing at 75°C for 8 hours. |
