PURPOSE:To remove trouble that a sheet-like original is dividedly copied by an original carrying device by forming a control means for receding a divided copying function at the selection of an original carrying function. CONSTITUTION:A CPU is connected to various sensors in a copying machine 100, key groups on an operation panel 60, a display device 62, etc. through a decoder. In an automatic original carrying device (ADF) mode relating to the control of the ADF 200 and the copying machine 100, copying operation is started by depressing a print key 61 when the setting of an original on a tray 203 has been detected by a sensor SE. The selection/non-selection of divided copying is switched by turning on a selection key 65. When a switch SW is turned on during the selection of the divided copying, the ADF 200 is made usable and the sensor SE is turned on to select the ADF mode, the selection of the divided copying is released. Thus, the trouble that the sheet-like original is dividedly copied by the original carrying device can be removed. |
