PURPOSE:To enable to release a bumper fascia in neat order without horizontal jolting during the releasing of the bumper fascia from a mold by a structure wherein concave or convex locating parts are formed at the portions corresponding to the end surfaces of the reinforcing ribs on the end surfaces of the upper and lower walls and/or on the back surface of the vertical of a bumper main part. CONSTITUTION:Convex locating parts 15 are formed on the end surface of an ejector pin 13 at the portions corresponding to reinforcing ribs 6 on the back surface of the vertical wall 1a of a bumper main part 2. Accordingly, notched parts 7 are formed during the molding of a bumper fascia by the locating part 15 of the ejector pin 13 at the reinforcing ribs 6 on the back surface of the vertical wall 1a of the bumper main part 2. Consequently, because the notched parts 7 and the locating parts 15 are in the engaged state at the releasing of the bumper fascia 1 from a mold, the bumper fascia 1 is lodated and no horizontal jolting is allowed and the bumper fascia can be released from the mold in neat order. |
