<p>The drain plug is characterised in that it comprises: a tubular body (4) for sealing mounting in a wall (1), a valve (10) mounted axially slideably in the body and comprising: a shank (12) delimiting flow passages (17,46) between itself and the body, a shouldered end part (11, 41) equipped with a gasket (14) interacting with the body so as to close the passages, and a return member (36, 45) subjecting the valve to axial sliding in order to make the gasket interact with the body, a stop ring (21) carried by the body, a remote-control cable (28) bearing on the ring in order to subject the valve to axial stress.
