摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform low iron loss one-directional silicon steel plate by making the different peripheral speed ratio of the LE side of a slab greater and the different peripheral speed ratio of the TL side smaller in a different peripheral speed rolling wherein the peripheral speeds of an upper and a lower work rolls are mutually different in a hot rolling process. CONSTITUTION:C: 0.01-0.06wt%, Si: 2.0-4.0wt%, Mn: 0.01-0.2wt%, Mo: 0.003-0.1wt%, Sb: 0.005-0.5wt% and a total of 0.005-0.10wt% of S or Se or both S and Se are contained in a silicon steel material. A slab is roughly rolled and then finally rolled after heating and at least one pass rolled with different peripheral speed between the rough rolling and the final rolling and the different peripheral speed ratio is made greater at the LE and smaller at the TE. Cold rolling is done as required through uniform annealing, and interannealing is done, resulting in a finish thickness. The finally cold-rolled plate is annealed for primary recrystallization with decarburization in wet hydrogen. The annealing removes C in the steel and forms a primary recrystallization aggregate structure which is useful for developing the secondary recrystallization grain of orientation {110}<001> in the next final annealing.
