PURPOSE:To obtain a filter having a stable outer peripheral tube having an extremely fine diameter capable of well holding the analytical operation of arranged machinery, by filling the outer peripheral tube having the extremely fine diameter with the particles comprising the same material as said tube and subsequently sintering the whole to fuse and bond both of them. CONSTITUTION:An outer peripheral tube 1 having an extremely fine diameter is filled with fine particles or particulate sand like powder 2 comprising the same material as the outer peripheral tube. For example, glass, a resin or stainless steel is used. When the outer peripheral tube 1 filled with fine particles 2 having the same material as said tube 1 is sintered, not only filled fine particles 2 themselves are fused and bonded but also the contact parts of the fine particles 2 and the outer peripheral tube 1 are fused and bonded to be integrally closely adhered and the sintered one holds air permeability in the axial direction of the tube. |
