PURPOSE:To enable the encapsulation of a hydrophilic core substance, in a simple coacervation method adding an electrolyte, by using polysaccharides substance obtained from the seed of a leguminous plant and pectin along with a wall membrane substance. CONSTITUTION:In a simple coacervation method for dispersing a core substance insoluble in water in an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol or gelatine as a wall membrane substance and adding an electrolyte to said solution, a polysaccharides substance obtained from the seed of a leguminous plant such as guar gum and pectin such as lemon pectin are allowed to coexist in the aforementioned aqueous solution. By thus obtained aqueous solution, a hy drophilic core substance can be encapsulated and the flocculation of capsules is prevented and a capsule having a thick wall membrane can be also easily prepared. Because a dry capsule product is obtained without curing the wall membrane, said aqueous solution is extremely useful from the aspect enabling the practical use in the preparation of a water soluble capsule. |
