<p>PURPOSE:To especially enhance the separation capacity of oxygen, by forming a gas selective separation material from a contact reaction product of a CO-salt and dipropylenetriamine represented by a specific general formula or a derivative thereof. CONSTITUTION:A compound obtained by contacting a Co-salt with di propylenetriamine represented by formula I or a derivative thereof mainly in the presence of a non-aqueous solvent or adding a solvent to the reaction product of the Co-salt and dipropylenetriamine represented by the formula is used as a gas selective separation material. As the Co-salt, cobalt oxide, cobalt hydroxide, cobalt sulfate and cobalt, etc., are designated. The ratio of the Co-salt and the amine compound represented by the formula I is generally 0.01<amine compound/Co-salt and the contact reaction is pref. performed at 0-200 deg.C under pressure of 0.01-100kg/cm<2>.</p> |
