CONSTITUTION:When PNP transistors 4a-4c and NPN transistors 5a-5c are short-circuited due to certain cause, the first temperature detector 7 operates due to the heat, the output current of a position signal composite circuit 3 is interrupted, and the second temperature detector 11 simultaneously operates. When the temperature further rises, the second temperature detector 11 operates, transistors 12a-12c are conducted, and the transistors 4a-4c, 5a-5c are simultaneously conducted in all phases. Bonding wirings for connecting the chips in an integrated circuit and a motor power source terminal 8 are melted by the short-circuiting currents. |
