PURPOSE:To obtain the composite Al and Al alloy of high adhesive property having no separation in pressing by cladding with hot rolling Al and Al alloy sheets by forming in the specified shape the surface shape at joining side of a stainless steel sheet, titanium and titanium alloy sheets. CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of the stainless steel sheet, titanium and titanium alloy sheets which are harder than Al and Al alloy sheets are roughened so as to have the surface shape having more than 2mum plate surface Rmax and more than fifteen pieces of crests existing in 25.4mm measurement length (the crest of h=more than 1.27mum). And the high adhesive composite Al and Al alloy sheets of stainless steel sheet, titanium and titanium alloy sheets are obtd. with the hot rolling under the same conditions as before. The surface shape of the Al and Al alloy sheets may be in any shape. |
