PURPOSE:To rationalize the joining work, and to improve the fixing accuracy by providing the first pusher for pressing an outer ring of a wedging body, and also the second pusher for preventing the outer ring from falling out. CONSTITUTION:A wedging body B is constituted of an inner ring 23 and an outer ring 24 which have formed a conical tapered surface in the outside peripheral surface and the inside peripheral surface. The first pusher 7 having a push-in piece 6 for pressing the outer ring 24 is provided, and also the second pusher 10 provided with a pressing piece 9 for forming a depression in an end face 3A of an object to be fixed 3 is provided. A shaft 2 and the object to be fixed 3 are supported by a supporting tool 12, and in a state that the wedging body B has been inserted and installed, a pushing tool 11 is advanced. When the push-in piece 6 abuts on the outer ring 24, a spring 43 is compressed, and the outer ring 24 is pushed in the axial direction. When the pushing tool 11 is further advanced, the pressing piece 9 of the second pusher 10 bites at the end face 3A and a bulged part 32 is formed, and the shaft 2 and the object to be fixed 3 are joined. In this way, the fixing accuracy can be improved and the work can be rationalized. |
