PURPOSE:To enable the automatic and efficient production of raw material of skewered meat paste to be fried in oil, by forming a raw material with a forming apparatus, transferring the formed material intermittently with a conveyor belt, holding between a press belt and the conveyor belt and skewering with a skewer supplied from a skewer-supplying apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A forming apparatus 2 for forming a meat paste raw material is placed at the front end of an intermittently driven conveyor belt 1. A press belt 3 is placed above the conveyor belt 1 and driven intermittently and synchronously to the conveyor belt 1 at the equal speed.A skewer-supplying apparatus 5 is placed at a side of the conveyor belt 1 at the pressing zone. The raw material A formed by the forming apparatus 2 is transferred intermittently with the conveyor belt 1, and held between the press belt 3 and the conveyor belt 1, and held between the press belt 3 and the conveyor belt 1 at the skewer- holding zone of the skewer-supplying apparatus 5. The skewer-pushing lever 7 is operated by a cylinder 6 while the raw material A is stopped between the belts, and the material A is skewered with the skewer B. The skewered material is transferred to the oil-frying step. |
