PURPOSE:To cultivate a cell or a plant tissue in high efficiency, by setting a container to put a liquid medium, a specific inner vessel and a rotary driving part and cultivating a given cell bonded to carrier particles. CONSTITUTION:A device consists of the container part 1 and the rotary driving part 2. The container part 1 consists of the container 3 and the cylindrical inner vessel 4 and the container 3 is provided with one of the rotary shaft 31 and the other 32 to support rotatably the inner vessel 4 at the side wall of the container 3 on the shafts. Since an adhesion depending cell, floating growth cell or plant tissue bonded to carrier particles in the inner vessel 4 can not pass through the cylindrical wall 42, the cell or plant tissue, a culture target, becomes a state wherein it exists surely in the container 4. Consequently, the culture target cell or plant tissue can be cultivated in a state wherein it is always in contact with a new liquid medium while dispersing uniformly the culture target cell or plant tissue by rotating the inner vessel 4.
