PURPOSE:To improve the measuring accuracy of a thermoelectric thermometer by photographing a tomography of a base material of a protecting tube by an industrial use X-ray calculating tomograph (CT device), calculating a working dimension of the protecting tube base material, and raising the working accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A mixed powder of alumina and graphite is brought to a rubber press forming, a sintered protecting tube base material 1 is rotated centering around a shaft which has been inserted into a porcelain tube inserting and attaching hole 2, and not shown in the figure, and it is brought to a tomography by an industrial use X-ray CT device which is not shown in the figure. Next, a cutting allowance is calculated by deriving a viewing image and a sectional image from the horizontal direction of the protecting tube base material 1 is worked by a lathe by using the mandred as an axis, and forming is executed with a high accuracy by observing dimensions A, B, C and D of a tip part 3a of a protecting tube 3 by the CT device. In this way, the measuring accuracy and the responsiveness of a thermoelectric thermometer can be raised. |
