PURPOSE:To reduce the scale of an individual recognizing system by registering the graphic data on an original form to an IC card of a customer and displaying the necessary items of an application form and those of the original form read out of the IC card in parallel with each other when the IC card is used. CONSTITUTION:When a customer presents an application form where the necessary items including his/her own seal and signature are written together with an IC card, the clerk in charge sets the IC card to a card reading/writing device 3 and gives a command for reading through a keyboard 6, etc. At the same time, the application form is scanned by a scanner 1 and supplied to a CPU 4. The CPU 4 displays the necessary items including the seal and the signature of the customer on the left half of a CRT display 2. While the desired part of the graphic data obtained from the scanner 1 is displayed on the right half of the display 2. Then a control operator decides the identity of the customer by comparing the right and left halves of the display 2 with each other. |
