PURPOSE:To save the space efficiently, to shorten the conveyance time of copying paper, and to facilitate paper jam processing by constituting an intermediate tray, the 1st and the 2nd conveying means, and a paper refeeding means as an integral unit, drawing the unit out of a copying machine, and also allowing the 1st conveying means to be opened to above the intermediate tray while the unit is drawn out. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate tray unit A consists of a changeover block I, a conveyance block II, an inverting block III, a matching intermediate tray block IV, and a paper refeeding block V as the integral unit on the whole, and the unit is supported on rails 44 45 at both ends and also allowed to be drawn out of the copying machine to the front side, namely, at right angles to a copying paper conveyance path to facilitate various maintenance, paper jam processing, etc. The conveyance block II consists of conveyor rollers 52, 53, and 55 and guide plates 201, 202, 203, and 204 and while the unit A is drawn out to the front, the unit is allowed to be opened upward around a supporting shaft 95 to facilitate the paper jam processing, etc., in the unit A. |
