PURPOSE:To enable the easy shaping of the laser beam having good energy distribution by providing the aperture for shaping the laser beam close to the work lens provided on a head main body. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam Y is led to the prescribed position of a holder main body 1, the position of the lens mount 2 for a head main body 1 is adjusted by varying the projection quantities of plural adjusting screws 3 and the beam axial center of the laser beam Y and the optical axial center of a work lens 4 are aligned. In this case, the respective center of the work lens 4, aperture 14 and nozzle 20 is fixed in the state of keeping coaxially all by a faucet structure, so all of the center of the aperture 14 and the center of the nozzle 20 are adjusted so as to become coaxially with the beam axial center of the laser beam. The led laser beam Y is therefore condensed in case of passing through the work lens 4 and the laser beam Ya shaped so as to have a good energy distribution is formed with the minute energy part showing uneven distribution in case of passing through the aperture 14 being cut. |
