The break unit has a housing (21) and an electric motor (11), which is fixed at the housing. An end of a shaft element (31) rotates around an axis by a drive moment of the electric motor. A transformation device (B) transforms the rotary motion of the shaft element into a translatory motion of a parallel translation section (C), connected to a cable (13) end. The housing has a pair of reaction receiving sections (21b) for carrying out reaction of the cables. The reactions are generated by voltage of the cables. An axial load receiving section (21a) is provided at a side of the housing.
