One end of a cylinder (22) disposed on the outer periphery of a ball screw shaft (11) is fixed to the end face of a ball nut (12), while the other end of the cylinder (22) is closed by an end plate to thereby form a lubricant filling space between the end plate (23) and the leading end face of the ball screw shaft (11).
