LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A liquid crystal display device is provided to form escape parts at side molds to reduce volume of a final display set. A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel. A light source is arranged at the back of the liquid crystal display panel. A pair of side molds(60) are formed at both ends of the light source to contain the light source, having escape parts(68) depressed from an outer wall, wherein the escape parts are formed at an upper part and a lower part of the side mold. A containing member contains the side molds and has coupling holes formed correspondingly to the escape parts. A coupling member is combined with the coupling holes to combine the containing member with external parts. The assembled liquid crystal display device is combined with a bracket through screws, wherein ends of the screws are contained in the escape parts of the side molds, passing through first to third coupling holes.
