摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a winding work and to reduce the floating loss of the foil winding by folding the outermost periphery of a unit coil formed of a foil conductor and an insulating sheet, forming a crossover portion and winding and laminating it on the innermost periphery of the unit coil of next stage. CONSTITUTION:The outermost peripheral end of the unit coil 7 formed by superposing the foil conductor 9 and the insulating sheet 10 is folded at 45 deg. perpendicularly and folded then at a predetermined interval at 45 deg. in the opposite direction, thereby forming a crossover portion 17. The crossover portion 17 is then disposed laterally at the center, folded in two folds in oppositely winding direction at the outside and further folded in the winding direction to cover the crossover portion 17. The crossover portion 17 is subsequently disposed at the innermost periphery of the unit coil 17 of next stage, wound and superposed radially outwardly, the unit coil 7 of respective stages is thus formed, and the foil winding is constructed. This eliminates the steps of cutting the foil conductor 9 and the insulating sheet 10, mounting the lead wire and connecting the lead wire. Since the crossover portion 17 is further folded in two folds, it can improve the efficiency of the winding work and reduce the floating loss thereof.
