PURPOSE:To allow a passenger to buy a reserved seat ticket for a desired data and a desired seat number accurately by providing a control means which performs control so that reserved seat tickets issued by respective terminal equipments do not correspond to one seat of the same facilities for the same date. CONSTITUTION:When there is a request for data transmission from some terminal equipment 5, the CPU 1 of a central controller 1 reads necessary data out of a main storage device 12 and an auxiliary storage device 13 and stores the data until it is sent back to the terminal equipment. If there is a request for data transmission f the same contents (facilities, service date, and time) from another terminal equipment before the data is sent back, the CPU 11 puts the reading operation for the latter terminal equipment in a queue. Consequently, a reserved seat ticket of the same facilities for the same seat and the same date is prevented from being issued repeatedly. |
