PURPOSE:To obtain the laminate excellent in adhesive property by a method in which after a base material made of olefin family polymer and a skin material have been lapped upon each other, the skin material covers the end portion of the base material and wraps it in, and then the skin material is welded to the base material by the treatment of an ultrasonic welder. CONSTITUTION:Numeral 1 is a base material, numeral 2 is a skin material and numeral 3 is a welding part. Symbol A is the horn of an ultrasonic wave generator and symbol B is a jig. The base material is covered with the skin material, and when they are treated with an ultrasonic welder, the base material is welded to the skin material only at its rear surface. The base material is not welded to the skin material at its front surface. Thus, by such a treatment, a welded trace does not remain on the front surface of the product. To obtain an excellent appearance without welding the front surface of the product, the process welding only its rear surface is most suitable. |
