PURPOSE:To make early detection of bush's abrasion possible by installing a sensor, fixed to sandwich a rotating part and a fixed gap, to detect changes of the gap. CONSTITUTION:A rotating sensor 1 detects rotating speed of a rotating drum 2. The output signal S of the rotating sensor 1 is a frequency corresponding to the rotating speed of the drum 2, and the greater a gap (g), the smaller its peak value. This output signal S detects changes of the gap (g), or abrasion condition of a bush 3. With this constitution, abrasion of the bush can be detected before a phenomenon of swinging turn a due to abrasion of the bush 3 occurs. |
