<p>PURPOSE:To form an overcoated film having the same color tone as the vehicle body by coating an undercoat paint contg. electrically conductive fine particles on the inside and the outside of a synthetic resin molded article, then electrically connecting the inside and coating an overcoat on the outside. CONSTITUTION:In the production of a synthetic resin molded article having a coated film in the same color tone as a vehicle body, a molded article 2 made of a highly heat-resistant synthetic resin such as polyamide resin is molded into the form capable of being fixed to the vehicle body. An undercoated film 12 contg. innumerable electrically conductive fine particles 11 is firstly formed on the outer surface 2a, the inner surface 5b and the side surface. Then a hanger is fixed to the undercoated film 12 on the inner surface 2b side of the molded article 2 so that the hanger is brought into contact with the film, electrically connected to the rack of a coated line and grounded, and the same paint as the overcoat paint of the vehicle body is electrostatically coated. A coated film having the same color tone as the vehicle body can be thus formed on the molded article and the danger of sparking, etc., can be eliminated.</p> |
