PURPOSE:To make the titled device into a constitution with a higher integration degree by a method wherein first cell rows, each having plural pieces of cells, are arrayed in parallel with each other and second cell rows, each having cells of the less number than the number of pieces of cells of each first cell row, are respectively arranged between the first cell rows. CONSTITUTION:First cell rows 3, each having plural pieces of cells, are arrayed in parallel with each other and second cell rows 5, each having cells of the less number than the number of pieces of cells of each first cell row 3, are arrnaged between the first cell rows 3. These cell rows 5 are provided at both ends of the wiring region. According to such an arrangement, the wiring region, which is formed between each right and left cells of the cell rows 5, is a narrower one than the case by the conventional method. However, as the needed wiring amount in these wiring regions is a small amount, no trouble ariese. In this example, each length of the cell rows 5 has been set at 1/10 of each length of the cell rows 3. As a result, an improvement of integration degree of about 20% is contrived in the same area. |
