PURPOSE:The titled vessel surely fixing the position of the eyeball and extremely easily adjusting intraocular pressure, wherein a contact plate having a central opening to receive the cornea side of eyeball to the main body of the vessel having both opened ends and the contact plate is provided with a pressurizing means to press eyeball. CONSTITUTION:The vessel is sterilized, the front cap 6 is screwed, the extracted eyeball is introduced in such a way that the selera side of cornea ring part of the extracted eyeball is fitted to the opening part 3 of the contact plate 2, brought into contact with the contact plate 2, the rear cap 8 is engaged with the main body 1 of the vessel and the concave face side of the plunger bed 10 is screwed until it is brought into contact with part at the opposite side of the cornea of the extracted eyeball. The rear cap 8 is further screwed while measuring the intraocular pressure by a measuring device and the eyeball is fixed and supported at given intraocular pressure. The whole eyeball can be observed by making the main body of the vessel transparent, either of the caps is removed, the interior of the vessel can be wet and the eyeball can be kept in the fittest state during observation. |
