PURPOSE:To facilitate the erection and fall-down of a tower in a small space by supporting a transfer tower onto a fixed body through a suspending member and suspending a suspended member onto the fixed body and supporting said transfer tower onto a fixed tower by the suspended member so as to be raised and lowered. CONSTITUTION:When a tower 1 is erected, a suspended member 14 is pulled by a motor-driven winch 19, and a transfer tower 3 is raised. In this state, a pair of spacers 20 are fitted onto the outer periphery of a fixed tower 2, and the transfer tower 3 is supported onto the fixed tower 2 through the spacer 20. A suspension member 12 connecting the fixed body 10 arranged onto the both sides of the tower 1 and the upper part of the transfer tower 3 is uniformly suspended by operating an adjusting means 13, and the tower 1 is erected, and a windmill 6 is put into operation-enable state. While, when the windmill 6 and a generator 5 are maintenance-inspected, the suspension member 12 and the suspended member 14 are loosened, and the transfer tower 3 is lowered until the flange 15 contacts with the flange 22 of the fixed tower 2, and thus work is facilitated. |
