METAL DIE FITTING DEVICE FOR PRESS MACHINE

PURPOSE:To reduce the excess load being applied on a metal die, to prevent the retracted deformation of the metal die and to increase the operation rate of a press machine by performing a pressure stoppage and by reducing the pressure less than the prescribed value simultaneously therewith as well. CONSTITUTION:An oil tank 5 and air feeding source are held with pressure within a fixed inner pressure by their connecting via a manual opening and closing valve 9 and by interposing as well the opening and closing valve 8 functioning as a stopping means on the way of the piping from an air pump A to an air chamber 6a via a pressure regulator 7. Further the high pressure piping 11 from a pressure means 6 to each oil pressure chamber 4 and the oil tank 5 are connected via the opening and closing valve 12 functioning as the set pressure reducing means. The pressure means can be stopped and the reduction in the pressure can be performed simultaneously by connecting the opening and closing valves 12 and 8 to a switch for instance. The operation rate of the press machine can thus be increased.
