PURPOSE:To reduce the recording space and at the same time to process data with high efficiency by using the 1st record group storing means having the common contents and the 2nd record group storing means having the individual contents. CONSTITUTION:If the processing data belongs to a basic data, the processing data is stored in the corresponding record storing area of the 1st record group storing means 1 via a data processing control means 3 and at the same time undergoes the processes for generation, storage and deletion respectively. While the processing data if belongs to the 2nd type data processing, is storrd in the corresponding record storing area of the 2nd record group storing means 2 via the means 3 and also undergoes the processes for generation, storage and deletion respectively. Thus the double storage of data is avoided and therefore the minimum access is enough to data. |
