CONSTITUTION:It is made possible that the field flux and armature current of a DC motor 3 for driving tension bridle rolls 1 are controlled as functions of the speed (v) of a line. Even if the speed (v) of the line is low, the field flux is made large enough to increase the tension T of a strip 2.
