Valve for adjusting the pressure capable of being arranged on a fluid pipeline 1, comprising a body 2 equipped with at least one inlet orifice 10 and at least one outlet orifice 14 capable of being connected to the said pipeline 1, the fluid going from the inlet orifice 10 towards the outlet orifice 14 by passing through a partial-vacuum generating device 40 in which obstacles are arranged creating head losses, a first chamber 32 surrounding the said partial vacuum generating device 40 and communicating with the latter, and a second chamber 34 containing a pressurised fluid surrounding the first chamber 32 and separated from the latter by a flexible membrane 30, the first and second chambers 32, 34 and the membrane 30 acting as a silencer. <IMAGE>
