Device for sheltering the driver of a preferably two or three-wheeled vehicle devoid of hood or roof from inclement atmospheric conditions. The invention relates to a device creating, around this driver who is enveloped by it, an air bubble sheltered from this inclement weather. Driven by a motor 17, a helix 1 rotating horizontally above the vehicle brings about beneath it a vertical air flow 2 blowing turbulently downwards as far as deflection panels 3 inclined at 120 DEG . Thus deflected, this flux forms a frustoconical blowing wall 5 enveloping, as in a bubble, the air 6 inside it. This blowing wall 5 clears its path to the vehicle carrying it, moving aside (even when stationary) inclement weather and undesirable elements 9 (wind, rain, dust, snow, microbes etc.), and because it is invisible and transparent, improves the driving safety in bad weather. <IMAGE>
