A roller consists of a bed, to which a bunker is fastened, a working left roll fastened to the bed by means of movable eccentrically made ball bearing bodies hingedly connected to a screw of hand regulation on which a flywheel is fastened, a right roll fastened to the bed by means of immovable ball bearing bodies, a driving mechanism consisting of driving and driven gearwheels, and knives located under the working rolls. The drive of the working rolls is made in the form of a belt gearing comprising a belt, driving and driven pulleys. One knife is located above the left roll and other - under the right roll. |
